Silk City Snacks is a manufacturer of savory & sweet Waffle Snacks as well as Popped Chips. The company was established in Clifton, New Jersey in 2010. Clifton is located next to Paterson, the "Silk City".
Silk City Snacks manufactures and sells snack foods under their label Waffle Works, in addition to co-packing for major international snack food companies and food chains throughout the United States.
In 2013 Herr Foods acquired a majority stake in the company.
